Quality in Aragon sin Gluten SL consists in our knowledge and capabilities to anticipate and satisfy our customer´s expectations. Being producers, manufacturers and distributors of gluten free products, we are aware of our responsibility and we justify that with a comprehensive quality management.
We work exclusively with accredited laboratories and we guarantee the safety of our products following certified quality standards: IFS Food and Ecologic certificate.
Traceability and food safety
Traceability from its point of origin through to the final consumer ensures the satisfaction and loyalty from our customers. Through this process we are able to follow all manufacturing stages of our products, being capable to identify any possible deviation and correct it immediately. This process allows us to identify the affected batches and act consequently to minimize the impact on the manufacturing chain.
Procedures that allow us to follow the evolution process of all of our products in every stage. Those are the link between the different HACCP systems that our food ingredients are exposed since harvesting until the final consumer.
In case of any issue this procedure allows us to find where the deviation has been produced, find the affected batches, have them recognized and therefore act immediately.
Aragon sin Gluten has implemented a quality procedure based on the principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
This procedure is verified periodically by internal and external audits carried out by specialized professionals that provide us an important boost of implication in order to a continuous improvement, being crucial to guarantee our food ingredients safety and quality.
We are certified by the IFS Food (al lado del logo ifs foods). The IFS Food Standard is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized standard for auditing food manufacturers. The focus is on food safety and the quality of processes and products. It concerns food processing companies and companies that pack loose food products.
We are certified as Organic Operator -AR-1775/EI
